Yohiba - Ordered and paid but no products received
I've ordered from this company before....no problem!I placed $118 order in Oct and still haven't received anything!
I've called and called plus left messages...no response. I've emailed this company through their website several times with no response. Same voicemail message every time you call! Oh except when they go to lunch a different voicemail message is activated.
I've pleaded with this company for them to either ship me my products or refund me my money back. No one will pick up, respond to voicemails or emails. After reading these complaints, I'm very disappointed and feel like I've been robbed!
I don't understand how they can treat people like this.I thought it was safe since I've purchased from them before!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $118.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I liked: Ease of placing an order, What seemed to be good prices.
I didn't like: No response to calls, Product never shipped, No reponse to messages.
